We offer free global delivery on all hoists as standard, accessories will incur a delivery charge appropriate to the weight and size of the product.

Stock products are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving your order, and are dispatched by a next-day courier service.

Please allow 28 days for delivery of products not held in stock.

On rare occasions however we do reserve the right to charge an additional fee for shipping, if you happen to fall into this bracket we will contact you shortly after receiving your order. This is a rare occurrence however and we try and state where this may happen on the products in question. So if you don't hear from us you should assume that your order is being processed in the normal way.
